Terms of registration fee and cancellation
You register by filling in and submitting the registration form for your course. We send an invoice for the registration fee, SEK 1,000 (an administrative fee that is not refunded), starting in February 2022 and then continuously. The same invoice also contains the remaining course fee and any options you have made in your registration with the last payment date 2022-05-31. For registrations after 1 May, an invoice will be sent for the entire course fee.
Registration is binding when the registration fee has been paid. Any cancellation must be made in writing to us by e-mail or letter. If canceled earlier than 30 days before the start of the training, only the registration fee (SEK 1,000) will be charged.
If canceled later than 30 days, but earlier than 14 days before the start of the course, 50% of the remaining course fee will be charged, thereafter the entire course fee.
If canceled before the start of the course due to illness or the like (medical certificate required), the entire course fee will be refunded in addition to the registration fee (SEK 1,000).
In the event of an interrupted course due to illness or the like (medical certificate required), the fee (in addition to the registration fee of SEK 1,000) will be refunded proportionally calculated for the remaining course period.
Supplement cancellation summer 2022
In order for us to be able to carry out the summer courses in a safe way for our participants, we want you to stay at home if you feel ill or have symptoms of covid-19. Contact us if you want to cancel your place due to covid-19 and we will arrange a refund of the course fee including the registration fee.
Right of withdrawal
According to the Distance and Home Sales Act (2005: 59), you have a full right of withdrawal for 14 days from the day you receive our confirmation of your registration. If you have started your course, your right of withdrawal no longer applies. If you want to cancel your registration and exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us by letter or e-mail no later than 14 days after we have confirmed that you have a place reserved. Enter the date and name of the course and your personal information. If you have paid the fee, you also inform the bank and bank account to which repayment is to be made. You are then entitled to a refund of the entire fee you have paid, including the registration fee.
Leksand Folk High School reserves the right to cancel the summer course in case of too few registrations. If Leksand Folk High School cancel a course, the full amount is refunded, including the administrative fee.
